Will I get my security deposit back?
It depends. Generally, your landlord will not dock you for normal wear and tear on an apartment, especially if you've been renting in the same place for years.
If you've broken walls, put lots of holes in the walls, or generally caused all sorts of other things the landlord will have to fix before the next tenant can come in, then you can expect that to be taken out of the security deposit.
